Once you've enabled your SPANX Storefront, you can share the link. Click the Storefront header in the navigation, and then copy the link to share. Your Affiliate Link can be found under Home & Commission.

Add your SPANX Storefront and/or Affiliate Link to the bio on your social channels, include in stories, share via text or email, and include in blog links. When sharing SPANX content, include #SpanxPartner and tag @Spanx, and tell others where to find your link to shop.

When sharing SPANX content on social media, include #SpanxPartner and tag @Spanx in captions to be FTC compliant.

Click "Edit profile" to access your profile page. There you can update your profile picture and/or display name.

Update your email address under Settings in this portal.

You may separate from the program by deleting your account in the Settings section of the portal.

Once you've leveled up to Tier 1: "The Tastemaker", you can earn commission on purchases through your Storefront and/or Affiliate Link. As you level up to new tiers, your commission rate will increase.

You may track commission owed to you within our portal homepage, but please know this figure may change from time to time to account for cancelled or partially refunded orders. Your commission will be paid 45 days after the order was placed to account for returns and processing, via PayPal. We send payments to the email address you used to sign up to this program. If you do not have a PayPal account linked to this email address, you can redeem your commission by creating a PayPal account when the payment is sent to you.

It typically takes 24 hours but may take up to 72 hours dependent upon weekends and holidays.

At the bottom of the challenges page, you can view challenges you've already completed.

This means the challenge repeatable. You can complete this same challenge more than once. The number of times you can complete a specific challenge may vary (for example once per week). This information will be noted in the challenge.

This means that your challenge submission was not accepted. Please view the requirements and try again.

There are a few reasons why a challenge may not be accepted.

• You used the same photo as evidence on multiple challenges. Each challenge must be accompanied by a new and different photo.
• The photo uploaded is poor quality.
• The screenshot uploaded does not show evidence of challenge completion, due to how it was cropped or how it was taken.
• Required hashtags or tags are missing.
• The content of the photo or evidence uploaded is incorrect.

Challenges have a set number of times they can be completed. Please return to the challenge to view this detail.

After submitting an Instagram Post challenge, it will automatically move to the 'Awaiting Approval' stage within 5 minutes. If you receive a notification in your notification tab confirming successful completion, your submission was successful. However, if the notification indicates it was not accepted due to missing hashtags and/or mentions, you may add these and then resubmit it.

Hashtags are not case-sensitive, but they do need to be spelled exactly as instructed for your social media posts to be identified by the system.

There are a few reasons why an Instagram Post may not be recognized. Since the platform automatically scans and retrieves information from Instagram, ensure your account is set to public. If a task requires multiple hashtags, verify they're all included in the post caption (not comments). Ensure a post you're submitting as evidence is new (within the last 10 posts on your grid), since the system may not identify it if it's not recent.
