Welcome to the SPANX Society! This is a collaboration between you and SPANX, and we can't wait to see what you wear and share! As a member of the SPANX Society, you'll share the SPANX styles you love. Here's what we expect from you:
Scope of Work
You will complete tasks to earn points and level up for access to new perks and rewards. Each new level unlocks bigger and better rewards and exclusive community perks. Along the way, you’ll share what you love about SPANX, our products, and community. We encourage you to continuously share the SPANX styles you love with followers and friends.
**Content Expectations **When posting SPANX content on social media, you must include tags to all relevant SPANX channels (@Spanx). brand hashtag #SpanxPartner in captions imagery that is respectful and appropriate for all audiences.
When posting on social media, you must not include: references to products/services from other brands. mentions, images or references to any offensive, harmful, or illegal content. degenerative comments towards competitors, employees, social personalities or religious characters. content that infringes on the intellectual property rights or privacy of any third party.
For some social media platforms, you may need to disclose your relationship with SPANX in the content you post (e.g., videos) in addition to the caption or content of the post. As a member of the SPANX Society, you agree that any content you submit to the program may be used and re-purposed by SPANX for promotional, marketing and advertising purposes, both online and offline, without compensation beyond the benefits provided as part of the SPANX Society. You also agree that as a result of your participation in the program, SPANX will not be required to remove any of the content posted to any of SPANX’s social media channels either during or after your participation in the SPANX Society ends.
**You represent and warrant that: **You are and will be the sole creator of the content you post. No person or entity has filed a copyright application for the content or otherwise claimed such rights in the content. You will perform your activities associated with the SPANX Society in a professional manner. You will not knowingly promote or post “dupes” that are marketed as “dupes” of a SPANX product. You will not knowingly promote or post content featuring counterfeits of any SPANX product. Your content does not and will not infringe, conflict with, or violate the copyright of any person or entity and complies and will comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including without limitation [link"https://www.ftc.gov/business-guidance/resources/ftcs-endorsement-guides" "FTC Guidelines."]
Your content does not and will not infringe or violate any contract with or rights of any third party, including, without limitation, rights of patent, trade secret, trademark, privacy or publicity.
You acknowledge that SPANX reserves the right to require you to remove the content that violates any of these terms.
Wherever possible, SPANX will credit you as the creator of the content by using your social media handle, name or username. However, due to technical limitations or space constraints, explicit attribution may not always be possible.
**Termination **You or SPANX are able to delete your account for the SPANX Society at any time. Your partnership may be terminated by SPANX if: Your account is inactive for a period of 2 months or longer. You sell, transfer, license or assign your rewards, account, submissions, reward credits, loyalty points, or any account rights (or attempt to do any of the same) to anyone other than yourself. You fail to meet the program expectations, which may include but is not limited to: posting or submitting content that doesn’t adhere to SPANX’s brand guidelines. posting or submitting content that doesn’t meet the terms outlined here.
